Yes, you'll need your phone to pick up your food from its designated cubby.

Yes, you can. Just have the person you are picking up on behalf of unlock their cubby remotely once you're in the store – make sure they let you know which cubby number they have been assigned to so you get the right meal!

That’s right, mostly plants here. Our chefs have designed our menu to be the kind of food that tastes good and makes you feel good, too.

First, make sure you have selected to receive your pickup notifications via text message while placing your order or in the Notifications section of My Account. If text notifications are selected, you may have paused text messages from us on your phone. To fix this, go to any text message from us ((844) 734-0646) and type "start" to unpause notifications.

Deleting your account is easy.

If your are using the Kernel iPhone or Android application:

  1. Log in and go to the My Kernel page.
  2. At the bottom of the Account page click "Delete my Kernel Account"
  3. Then follow the instructions to confirm your account deletion.

If you are using our Kernel website:

  1. From the email address that you used to create your account, simply send an email to asking to delete your account.

    Note: Your account will be removed from our system within the following 72 hours. We may be obligated to preserve some transactional data for a duration stipulated by the law or accounting regulations.
