Once you're in the restaurant, find your Cubby (we will tell you which one in your "Order is Ready" email, sms or push notification), then hit the big green button that says “Click to unlock” - and voila, it’s meal time.

Yes, you'll need your phone to pick up your food from its designated cubby.

Yes, you can. Just have the person you are picking up on behalf of unlock their cubby remotely once you're in the store – make sure they let you know which cubby number they have been assigned to so you get the right meal!

Well, it depends. Our current single order size is limited to 5 salads, 5 sandwiches, 10 smalls, 10 sauces, 5 sweets and 5 drinks. You just use our normal checkout process. At the moment, we are not taking larger individual orders. If you want more food than this, you can always place multiple orders.

That’s right, only plants here. Our chefs have designed our menu to be the kind of food that tastes good and makes you feel good, too.

Deleting your account is easy.

If your are using the Kernel iPhone or Android application:

  1. Log in and go to the My Kernel page.
  2. At the bottom of the Account page click "Delete my Kernel Account"
  3. Then follow the instructions to confirm your account deletion.

If you are using our Kernel website:

  1. From the email address that you used to create your account, simply send an email to help@eatkernel.com asking to delete your account.

    Note: Your account will be removed from our system within the following 72 hours. We may be obligated to preserve some transactional data for a duration stipulated by the law or accounting regulations.
